Delyth qualified as a solicitor in 1981 following articles with the former Clwyd County Council. After working in private practice in the Conwy valley Delyth joined the Ruthin office of Llewellyn Jones & Co in 1989 and was made a partner in 1991.
In over twenty five years as a solicitor in a predominantly rural practice Delyth has gained a wide ranging knowledge of all matters and problems that affect her local community, dealing with Private Client matters including residential conveyancing, land and property transactions of all kinds with particular emphasis on acquisition and transfers of family farms and farm businesses, Wills, Probate and Administration of Estates.
Delyth has a great deal of experience of dealing with elderly clients and she is a member of the specialist Solicitors for the Elderly group. Delyth can advise on all aspects of Will preparation, including tax planning advice where appropriate.
Delyth is a former member of the Methodist Church Law and Policy Committee and is a member of Cor Rhuthun a’r Cylch (alto !) and is interested in music generally. Having been a dedicated hockey player in her youth she now finds time for golf when she can. Delyth loves walking her dog and socializing with friends and family.
