Colette was born and educated in Wrexham. She studied law at the University of Wales College, Cardiff and went on to complete her legal practice course at the College of Law, Chester.
Colette joined the Firm as a Trainee in 1998 and re-joined the Firm in 2004 as a Partner to lead the Firm’s Family Law Practice. Colette is a member of the Law Society Specialist Family Law Advanced Panel and is also a member of Resolution.
Colette now specialises in all aspects of Family Law to include divorce, financial settlement, children disputes: separation and cohabitation agreements and disputes: and also prenuptial agreements.
Colette is a trained Collaborative Lawyer and can offer the collaborative approach to dispute resolution.
Colette’s decision to specialise in Family Law was motivated by her desire to help people cope during one of the most difficult and emotional times of life and to assist in resolving problems and importantly, although this can seem impossible at the beginning of a separation, help people to look positively towards the future.
Colette lives in the Wrexham area with her husband and children.
